اثر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی با کش تراباند بر سطح سرمی اینترلوکین1 بتا و کیفیت خواب در زنان سالمند .

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: با توجه به استفاده گسترده از شیوه‌های تمرینی ایمن و موثر برای تقویت آمادگی‌ جسمانی  و روانی در سالمندان، تمرینات مقاومتی با کش الاستیک به عنوان ممکن است یک روش موثر و ایمن برای سالمندان باشد. علاوه براین، بر اساس شواهد موجود فعالیت ورزشی می تواند کیفیت خواب و عوامل التهابی مانند اینترلوکین یک بتا (IL-1β)  را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد و ممکن است باعث بهبود عملکرد سیستم ایمنی وکیفیت خواب شود . لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی اثر تمرین مقاومتی با کش براین سایتوکاین وکیفیت خواب و ارتباط بین کیفیت خواب با اینترلوکین-1بتا در زنان سالمند بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: نوزده زن سالمند با میانگین سنی 50/8 ±78/ 77 سال به صورت هدفمند انتخاب و تصادفاً در یکی از دو گروه تجربی (10  (n=و کنترل (9  (n=قرار گرفتند . برنامه تمرین مقاومتی شامل 8 هفته تمرین مقاومتی باکش تراباند با شدت متوسط (به مدت 45  دقیقه با تواتر 3 جلسه در هفته)  بود . نمونه­گیری خونی در حالت ناشتا از ورید بازویی انجام شد. سطح سرمیIL-1β با روش الایزا و کیفیت خواب با استفاده از پرسشنامه پیتزبورگ اندازه‌گیری شد. داده ها با آزمون آنکوا و همبستگی پیرسون ) 05/0≥P ( تجزیه و تحلیل شد .
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج حاضر، تمرینات مقاومتی با کش تراباند موجب کاهش معنا دار سطوح IL-1β (04/0P=) و (اندازه اثرعامل گروه = 28/0)  و بهبود کیفیت خواب (001/0P=) و (اندازه اثر عامل گروه= 47/0) وافزایش قدرت تنه (001/0P=) واندازه اثر عامل گروه (63/0)شده بود.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج تحقیق، به نظر می‌رسد تمرین مقاومتی با کش تراباند بر بهبود کیفیت خواب وکاهش یکی ازعوامل التهاب سیستمیک (اینترلوکین یک بتا) در زنان سالمند مؤثر باشد و می‌تواند به عنوان یک روش مداخله‌ای مؤثر برای بهبود کیفیت خواب سالمندان مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Background & Purpose: Regarding the widespread use of effective and safe training methods to improve physical and mental fitness in the elderly, resistance training with Theraband may be a safe and effective method for aged people. In addition, exercise training can affect the quality of sleep and inflammatory factors such as interleukin1 (IL-1β) thereby improve the immune system and quality of sleep. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of Theraband resistance training on IL-1β and sleep quality and the relationship between sleep quality and IL-1β in elderly women.
Methodology: Nineteen healthy elderly women with average age of 77.78 ± 8.50 years were according study criteria selected and randomly assigned to either control ( n=9) and training ( n=10) groups. Training program consists of 8 weeks of resistance training with Theraband (for 45 minute whit 3 sessions per week). Blood samples were collected in fasting state from the venous vein. The level of IL-1β was measured by ELISA and sleep quality was measured by Pittsburgh questionnaire. Data were analyzed by Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) test and Pearson correlation coefficient (P≤0.05).
Results: The serum level of IL-1β significantly decreased after of 8 week of training (P =0.04) also, we observed the significant improvement in quality of sleep by Theraband (P = 0.001).
Conclusion: According to the results of this study, resistance training with Theraband seems to be effective in improving sleep quality and IL-1β, so can be used as an effective intervention method for improving sleep quality in elderly people.
