مقایسه‌ی آثار هشت هفته تمرین استقامتی و مقاومتی با و بدون مکمل‌سازی عصاره سیر بر برخی ریسک فاکتورهای بیماری سرخرگ کرونری در رت‌های نر ویستار مبتلا به سندروم متابولیک

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: سندروم متابولیک خطر ابتلا به بیماری­ قلبی- عروقی را افزایش می­دهد. تحقیق حاضر به منظور مقایسه­ی آثار هشت هفته­ تمرین استقامتی، مقاومتی و مکمل­سازی عصاره­ی سیر بر پروتئین واکنشگر-C با حساسیت بالا، هموسیستئین و لیپوپروتئین (a) در رت­های نر ویستار مبتلا به سندروم متابولیک انجام شد.
مواد و روش­ها: تحقیق حاضر در قالب طرح‌های کاربردی با مقایسه­ی بین گروهی روی ۴۸ سر رت­ مبتلا به سندروم متابولیک (سن: 12هفته، دامنه­ی وزنی: 22/25±36/325 گرم) به گونه­ای که هشت سر به طور تصادفی در شش گروه همگن شده به این شرح توزیع شدند. گروه کنترل مبتلا به سندروم متابولیک، تمرین استقامتی، تمرین مقاومتی، مصرف عصاره سیر، تمرین استقامتی + مصرف عصاره سیر و تمرین مقاومتی +  مصرف عصاره سیر. مداخله­های تمرینی و خوراکی به مدت ۸ هفته اجرا شد. مصرف عصاره سیر روزانه و به میزان ۵۰۰ میلی­گرم به ازای هر کیلوگرم وزن بدن بود. تمرین مقاومتی با استفاده از نردبان مخصوص رت و تمرین استقامتی با استفاده از نوارگردان ویژه جوندگان، هر کدام ۳ بار درهفته انجام شد.
نتایج: نتایج حاکی است  که پروتئین واکنشگر-C با حساسیت بالا در همه­ی گروه­ها به جز گروه مقاومتی+ سیر به طور معنی­دار کمتر از گروه کنترل است (05/0p نتیجه­گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که تمرین استقامتی و تمرین مقاومتی با و بدون مصرف عصاره سیر می‌تواند درکاهش التهاب و  بیماری سرخرگ کرونری موثر باشد ولی به نظر می­رسد تمرین استقامتی+ سیر نسبت به گروه­های مداخله­ای دیگر مفیدتر باشد.

چکیده [English]

Background and Purpose: this study was conducted to assess and comparison of effects eight-weeks endurance training (ET) and resistance training (RT) and garlic extract supplementation on High-sensitivity C-reactive Protein, Lipoprotein(a) and Homocysteine in male wistar rats with metabolic syndrome.
Methodology: A total of 48 rats with metabolic syndrome (aged 12-wk, weight 331.94±13.67g) were randomly divided into 6 groups of 8 each: endurance training (ET), resistance training (RT), garlic extract supplementation (GE), endurance training with garlic extract supplementation (ET+GE), resistance training with garlic extract supplementation (RT+GE) and control (con). Exercise and dietary interventions for 8 weeks. After familiarization rats with metabolic syndrome, 8-weeks (3 session a week) in a exercise protocol (ET,RT) with and without GE (500 mg.kg-1.day-1).
Results: The results showed that hs-CRP in all groups except Group resistance + garlic is lower than the control group significantly (P˂0.05). Moreover, rang of The hs-CRP in the group of endurance training alone and enduance + garlic is lower than resistance+ garlic (P˂0.05). As well as, range of homocysteine in group of endurance alone, endurance+garlic and resistance garlic is lower compared to control group (P˂0.05). None of intervention was a significant effect on lipoprotein (a) compared to the control group (P>0.05).
Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study can be concluded that endurance training and resistance training with and without garlic extract can be effective in reducing inflammation and coronary artery disease. it would appear that the combination of garlic supplementation with endurance exercise is more helpful than the resistance exercise.
