تاثیر تمرین تناوبی بر غلظت سرمی هورمون شبه متئورین (مترنل) در پسران نوجوان دارای اضافه‌وزن

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: تغییر فنوتیپ بافت چربی بر اثر تمرین تئوری جدیدی است که به تازگی مطرح گردیده، با این وجود شناسایی سازوکار سلولی– مولکولی آن در حال بررسی است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تمرین تناوبی سرعتی بر سطوح سرمی هورمون شبه متئورین در پسران نوجوان دارای اضافه‌وزن بود.
مواد و روش‌ها: بیست پسر نوجوان دارای اضافه‌وزن با میانگین سن 5/1±0/18 سال، وزن 3/4±8/81 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده­ی بدن 8/0±6/27 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع در این تحقیق شرکت و به دو گروه کنترل (تعداد=10) و تمرین تناوبی (تعداد=10) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی شش هفته تمرین تناوبی سرعتی را 3 روز در هفته انجام دادند. شاخص­های پیکرسنجی و سطوح ناشتای نیم­رخ لیپیدی، انسولین، گلوکزخون و هورمون شبه متئورین سرمی در ابتدا و پایان مطالعه اندازه­گیری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل آماری در سطح 05/0>P انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: افزایش معنی­دار سطوح سرمی هورمون شبه متئورین در اثر شش هفته تمرین تناوبی سرعتی مشاهده شد (05/0 >P). این برنامه‌ی تمرینی سبب کاهش معنی‌دار وزن بدن، شاخص توده‌ی بدن، درصد چربی بدن و بهبود نیم‌رخ لیپیدی، گلوکز، انسولین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین گردید (05/0 >P). افزون ‌‌بر این، ارتباط معکوس و معنی‌داری بین تغییرات سطوح سرمی هورمون شبه متئورین با تغییرات وزن بدن، شاخص توده‌ی بدنی، درصد چربی بدن، گلوکز خون، لیپوپروتئین کم‌چگال، تری‌گلیسیرید و کلسترول تام مشاهده شد (05/0 >P).
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان داد که شش هفته تمرین تناوبی سرعتی می­تواند سطح استراحتی در گردش هورمون شبه متئورین را تغییر و هم‌چنین شاخص مقاومت به انسولین و ترکیب بدنی را در پسران نوجوان دارای اضافه‌وزن بهبود بخشد.

چکیده [English]

Background&Purpose: Effects of phenotypic changes in adipose tissue due to exercise training are a new theory. However, the cellular– molecular mechanisms for these phenotypic changes are not yet clearly understood. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of sprint interval training on serum Meteorin-like hormone level in overweight adolescent boys.
Material and Methods: Twenty overweight adolescent boys (aged: 18.0±1.5 year, weight: 81.8±4.3 kg, BMI: 27.6±0.8 kg/m2) voluntarily participated in this study. Then, the subjects were randomly assigned into two groups (n=10). Subjects in training group performed six weeks’ sprint interval training program 3 days/week. Anthropometrics parameters and fasting serum lipid profile, insulin, glucose, and Meteorin-like hormone levels were measured at the baseline and at the end of study. Data analysis was performed with p values Results: The serum level of Meteorin-like hormone was significantly increased after six weeks’ sprint interval training. Conclusion: The results showed that sprint interval training can change circulating Meteorin-like hormone level and improve insulin resistance index and body composition in overweight adolescent boys.
