تاثیر تمرین ورزشی هوازی بر سطوح سرمی رزیستین و رابطه آن با مقاومت به انسولین در زنان سالمند دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده
مقدمه و هدف: با توجه به رابطه­ی احتمالی رزیستین با اضافه وزن و مقاومت به انسولین، هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه بین سطوح سرمی رزیستین با مقاومت به انسولین و نیز تاثیر تمرین ورزشی هوازی بر سطوح سرمی رزیستین و مقاومت به انسولین در زنان سالمند دارای اضافه وزن بود.
روش­شناسی: بیست نفر زن سالمند سالم دارای اضافه وزن به طور هدفمند به عنوان آزمودنی­های این تحقیق انتخاب و سپس به طور تصادفی به دو  گروه تجربی (10 نفر)  و شاهد (10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرین به مدت 8 هفته و هفته­ای 3 جلسه با شدت 60 درصد ضربان قلب بیشینه اجرا شد. تفاوت‌های درون گروهی با استفاده از t همبسته و تفاوت­های بین گروهی با t مستقل اندازه گیری شد و برای تعیین روابط بین متغیرها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد.
یافته­­ها: سطوح رزیستین با انسولین و با مقاومت به انسولین رابطه­ معکوس و معنی­داری داشت. انسولین، مقاومت به انسولین، شاخص توده بدنی و وزن گروه تجربی در مقایسه با گروه شاهد، پس از تمرین کاهش یافت. ولی رزیستین سرم به طور معنی­داری افزایش یافت.
نتیجه­گیری: تمرین ورزشی هوازی، با کاهش وزن و مقاومت به انسولین و افزایش سطوح سرمی رزیستین ممکن است نقش مهمی در کنترل وزن و پیش گیری از دیابت نوع 2 داشته باشد.
