اثر یک دوره تمرین مقاومتی و مصرف مکمل اسید اورسولیک بر سطوح سرمی آدیپونکتین و انسولین مردان غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: به نظر می­رسد فعالیت بدنی و مصرف برخی مکمل­ها بتواند از طریق افزایش تولید سطوح در گردش آدیپونکتین، بر بهبود هومئوستاز گلوکز و چربی­های خون موثر باشد. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی اثر هشت هفته تمرین مقاومتی و مصرف مکمل اسید اورسولیک بر سطح سرمی آدیپونکتین و انسولین مردان غیرفعال دارای اضافه وزن انجام شد.
مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش نیمه­تجربی بود که تعداد 34 مرد غیرفعال دارای اضافه­وزن(سن 7/1±35/23 سال، وزن 15/2±64/75 کیلوگرم، نمایه توده بدن 6/3±2/29 کیلوگرم/مترمربع) داوطلبانه در آن شرکت کردند و به طور تصادفی به سه گروه تمرین مقاومتی+اسید اورسولیک (12 نفر)، تمرین مقاومتی+دارونما (12 نفر) و اسید اورسولیک (10 نفر) تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینات مقاومتی شامل چهار حرکت بالاتنه و چهار حرکت پایین­تنه بود که با شدت 85-70 درصد یـک تکـرار بیشینه انجام شد. آزمودنی­ها با هر وعده غذایی 150 میلی­گرم اورسولیک اسید مصرف کردند. تحلیل آماری داده­ها با کمک آزمون آماری آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS صورت گرفت.
نتایج: آدیپونکتین به طور معنی­داری در گروه­های تمرین مقاومتی+اسید اورسولیک و تمرین مقاومتی+دارونما افزایش یافت. از طرفی، سطح سرمی انسولین به طور معنی­داری در این دو گروه کاهش یافت. تغییرات سرمی آدیپونکتین و انسولین بین گروه­های تمرین مقاومتی+اسید اورسولیک با تمرین مقاومتی+دارونما (001/0>P برای هر دو)، تمرین مقاومتی+اسید اورسولیک با اسید اورسولیک به تنهایی (001/0>P برای هر دو) و همچنین بین گروه­های تمرین مقاومتی+دارونما با اسید اورسولیک (001/0>P برای هر دو) تفاوت معنی­داری داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: احتمال می رود تمرینات مقاومتی همراه با مصرف مکمل اسید اورسولیک سودمندی بهتری در پیشگیری از بیماری­های قلبی عروقی داشته باشد.

Background & Purpose: It appears that exercise training and consumption of some supplementation can be effective in improving glucose homeostasis and blood lipids by increasing circulating level of adiponectin. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of eight weeks of resistance training (RT) and Ursolic Acid (UA) supplementation on serum level of adiponectin and insulin in inactive overweight men.
Methodology: This was a semi-experimental study that a total of 34 inactive overweight men (age: 23.35 ± 1.7 years old, weight: 75.64 ± 2.15 kg, body mass index: 29.2 ± 3.6 kg/m2) voluntarily participated in, and randomly assigned into three groups: RT + UA (n=12), RT + placebo (n=12), and UA (n=10). RT program included four upper body and four lower-body movements performed at 70-85% one-repetition maximum. Participants consumed 150 mg of UA along with every meal. Data were analyzed using one-way analysis of variance (one-way ANOVA) test by SPSS.
Results: Adiponectin was significantly increased in RT + UA and RT + placebo groups. On the other hand, the serum level of insulin was significantly decreased in these two groups. Changes of both serum adiponectin and insulin were significantly different between the RT + UA and RT + placebo (p<0.001 for both variables), RT + UA and placebo (p<0.001 for both variables), and RT + placebo and placebo groups (p<0.001 for both variables).
Conclusion: Resistance training with ursolic acid supplementation is likely to be more beneficial in preventing cardiovascular disease.
