تاثیر مصرف حاد کورکومین بر ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی تام و شاخص های منتخب کوفتگی تاخیری پس از یک جلسه فعالیت برونگرای شدید

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: کوفتگی تاخیری (DOMS) علت اصلی آسیب عضلانی، کاهش عملکرد و کاهش قدرت عضلانی در ورزشکاران و غیرورزشکاران می­باشد. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی تاثیر مکمل یاری کورکومین بر شاخص‌های منتخب کوفتگی تاخیری ناشی از فعالیت شدید برون‌گرا در مردان جوان سالم می‌باشد.
مواد و روش ها: ده مرد جوان و سالم به طور داوطلبانه در این مطالعهمتقاطع شرکت کردند. آزمودنی­ها به طور تصادفی و با الگوی دوسوکور با گروه کنترل به دو گروه دارونما و کورکومین تقسیم شدند. پس از اولین خون‌گیری، آزمودنی­ها یک دوره فعالیت اسکات شدید انجام دادند. بلافاصله پس از فعالیت خون‌گیری دوم انجام شده، سپس آزمودنی ها 150 میلی‌گرم کورکومین و یا دارونما مصرف نمودند.  24، 48 و 72 ساعت بعد مجددا خون‌گیری صورت گرفت. پس از یک دوره بازیافت دوهفته‌ای، مراحل ذکر شده مجددا با تعویض مکمل آزمودنی‌ها مجددا انجام پذیرفت. ظرفیت آنتی‌اکسیدانی تام (TAC)، آنزیم لاکتات دهیدروژناز (LDH)، میزان درد بصری (VAS)، دامنه حرکتی مفاصل زانو (ROM) و تورمران‌ها (محیط دور ران) در تمامی مراحل مورد اندازه‌گیری قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: TAC، 24 و 48 ساعت پس از فعالیت در گروه کورکومین نسبت به گروه دارونما افزایش معنی‌داری نشان داد (05/0>P). آنزیم LDH، 72 ساعت پس از فعالیت در گروه کورکومین کاهش معنی‌داری نسبت به گروه دارونما نشان داد (05/0>P).میانگین ادم دور ران ها پس از فعالیت نسبت به قبل از فعالیت کاهش و میانگین ROM زانوها افزایش معنی داری نشان داد (05/0>P)، اگرچه تفاوت بین گروهی مشاهده نشد (05/0 نتیجه گیری: مطابق نتایج تحقیق حاضر، به نظر می رسد مصرف 150 میلی‌گرم کورکومین بلافاصله پس از فعالیت برونگرای شدید توانسته استبا خواص ضددرد، ضدالتهابی و آنتی‌اکسیدانی خود باعث کاهش آسیب عضلانی و احساس درد شود.

Background: Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness (DOMS), is the main cause of muscle damage, dysfunction, and muscle strength reduction in athletes and non-athletes. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of 150mg curcumin supplementation just after intensive eccentric exercise on selected markers of DOMS.
Methods: Ten healthy young men were recruited to participate in this cross over study. Participants were randomized in a double-blind placebo-controlled fashion in two placebo (P), and curcumin (C) groups. After first blood sampling, subjects did an intensive squat exercise. Immediately after exercise, second blood sampling was conducted and afterward, subjects took 150 mg curcumin or placebo. Twenty-four, 48, and 72h after exercise sampling were performed again. Total antioxidant capacity (TAC), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), visual analogue scale (VAS), range of motion of knee joints (ROM), and thigh swelling (Thigh circumference) were measured at all time series.
Results: TAC remained significantly higher in C group compared with P group, 24 and 48h after exercise (P0.05).
Conclusions: According to the results of current study, it seems150mg curcumin managed to reduce muscle damage and pain owing to its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties.
