تاثیر تمرین در آب کم عمق و عمیق بر دامنه حرکتی مفصل زانو در زنان سالمند مبتلا به استئوآرتریت مزمن زانو

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: از علائم بالینی استئوآرتریت زانو محدودیت دامنه حرکتی است، تمرین می­تواند باعث اصلاح و بهبود دامنه حرکات شود. هدف این پژوهش مقایسه تأثیر تمرین بدنی در آب کم­عمق و عمیق بر دامنه حرکتی مفصل زانو در زنان سالمند مبتلا به استئوآرتریت مزمن بود.
روش­ شناسی: 43 زن در دامنه سنی 55 سال به بالا که حداقل هشت ماه از زمان تشخیص عارضه استئوآرتریت مزمن در مفصل زانو پای ترجیحی آنها سپری می­شد در سه گروه همگن جای گرفتند: 1) گروه تمرین در آب کم­عمق (14 نفر)، 2) گروه تمرین در آب عمیق (14 نفر)، 3) گروه کنترل (15 نفر). مداخله تمرینی شامل یک دوه 12 هفته­ای از جلسات تمرین یک ساعته بود که سه بار در طول هفته تکرار شد. دامنه حرکتی مفصل زانو در پیش­آزمون و پس­آزمون اندازه­گیری شد و داده­های حاصله با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس دو عاملی با اندازه­گیری مکرر در سطح معنی­داری 05/0 تحلیل شدند.
یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که دامنه حرکتی مفصل زانو در گروه آب کم­عمق و عمیق در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهبود معنی­دار دارند (001/0>p)، در حالی که بهبود دامنه حرکتی در گروه آب عمیق در مقایسه با گروه آب کم­عمق ببیشتر بود (044/0=p).
نتیجه ­گیری: یافته­های تحقیق پیشنهاد می­کند که تمرین بدنی در آب بر بهبود دامنه حرکتی مفصل زانو در سالمندان مبتلا به استئوآرتریت مزمن زانو موثر بوده و اثربخشی تمرین در آب عمیق بیشتر از آب کم عمق است.
