اثر تمرینات تناوبی شدید بر سطوح رزیستین بافت چربی زیرپوستی و احشایی موش های صحرایی

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: رزیستین یکی از فاکتورهای مهم ترشح شده از بافت چربی است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثرات 5 هفته تمرینات تناوبی شدید (HIIT) بر سطوح رزیستین در بافت­های چربی زیرپوستی و احشایی  موش­های صحرایی بود.
مواد و روش­ها: 20 سر موش صحرایی (میانگین سنی 8 هفته و میانگین وزن 10±190 گرم) به طور تصادفی به دو گروه تمرین HIIT و گروه کنترل تقسیم شدند. برنامه تمرینی شامل دوهای سرعتی با شدت بالا بود که پنج جلسه در هفته و به مدت پنج هفته انجام گرفت. آزمودنی­ها در هفته اول با سرعت  m/min37 در 6 وهله دو دقیقه­ای فعالیت کردند. سپس حجم و شدت تمرین به تدریج افزایش یافت تا در هفته پنجم تعداد وهله­ها به 12 و سرعت به m/min 52 رسید. 72 ساعت پس از آخرین جلسه تمرین حیوانات بی­هوش و بافت­های مورد نظر استخراج شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها نیز از آزمون تی-مستقل استفاده شد، همچنین سطح معنی­داری 0.05 P≤ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که 5 هفته تمرین HIIT باعث کاهش معنی­داری در سطوح رزیستین چربی احشایی و زیرپوستی و نیز انسولین پلاسمایی شد (به ترتیب، 0.001 P≤، 0.001 P≤، 0.001 P≤). با این حال، تغییر معنی­داری در گلوکز پلاسمایی مشاهده نشد (P=0.752).
نتیجه­ گیری: نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان داد که 5 هفته تمرینات HIIT می­تواند باعث کاهش سطوح رزیستین در بافت چربی احشایی و زیر پوستی شود. بنابراین، این تمرینات به دلیل حجم کم و کاهش سطوح رزیستین می­تواند در کاهش خطرات مرتبط با افزایش آن سودمند باشد.
