تاثیر برنامه تمرین قدرتی (هرمی واژگون) بر برخی متغیر های بیومکانیکی بازیکنان فوتبال

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: فوتبال ورزشی است که به جنبه­های متعدد آمادگی، مانند آمادگی جسمانی، آمادگی روحی روانی نیاز دارد. در سیر تحولی فوتبال نباید از نقش و کاربرد علوم ورزشی و دیگر علوم مختلف چشم پوشی کرد. هدف از این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر برنامه تمرین قدرتی (هرمی واژگون) بر برخی متغیرهای بیومکانیکی بازیکنان تیم فوتبال دانشگاه پیام نور مازندران بود.
روش شناسی: برای انجام پژوهش حاضر، از بین بازیکنان حاضر در تمرینات تیم فوتبال دانشگاه پیام نور مازندران 28 نفر (با میانگین سن 68/2 ± 5/22 سال، قد 54/4 ± 75/179 سانتی­متر، وزن 48/7 ± 42/75 کیلوگرم و شاخص توده بدن 44/2 ± 49/23 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) به­ صورت تصادفی انتخاب و به دو گروه تجربی (14n=) و کنترل (14n=) تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی به مدت 6 هفته و هفته­ای 3 جلسه برنامه تمرین قدرتی هرمی واژگون را به مدت 55 تا 70 دقیقه انجام دادند و گروه کنترل هیچ نوع تمرین قدرتی انجام ندادند. اما هر دو گروه تجربی و کنترل 3 جلسه در هفته و هر جلسه 100ـ90 دقیقه در تمرینات هفتگی معمول تیم خود شرکت داشتند. پیش از شروع و پس از پایان دوره تمرینی، سرعت دریبل و سرعت ضربه دو گروه آزمودنی اندازه­گیری شد. در پایان جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون t مستقل استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان داد برنامه تمرین قدرتی (هرمی واژگون) بر سرعت ضربه (003/0 P=) و سرعت دریبل (003/0 P=) آزمودنی­ها تاثیر معنی­داری دارد.
نتیجه­گیری: با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش می­توان گفت برنامه تمرین قدرتی (هرمی واژگون) برای افزایش سرعت ضربه و سرعت دریبل مناسب است.
