مقایسه دو نوع برنامه تمرینی هوازی و غیر هوازی همراه با مصرف مکمل امگا ـ 3 بر سطوح پلاسمایی اینترلوکین ـ17 و پروتئین واکنشگرـC در موش‌های نر

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اسیدهای چرب غیراشباع موجود در چربیها بویژه اسیدهای چرب امگا-3 نقشی اساسی در سوخت و ساز بدن ایفا می­کنند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی مصرف ایکوزاپنتانوییک اسید (EPA) و دوکوزاهگزانوییک اسید (DHA) همراه با دو نوع فعالیت ورزشی متفاوت بر سطوح پلاسمایی اینتر لوکین- 17 ((IL-17 و پروتئین واکنشگر - C ((CRP در موش های نر تمرین کرده، است.
مواد و روش­ها: بدین منظور130 سر موش نر از نژاد سوری با میانگین سنی 2 ماه و میانگین وزن 1± 35 گرم انتخاب شد. در ابتدا 10 سر از موش­ها جهت تعیین مقدار پیش آزمون متغیرها کشته شدند و بقیه موش­ها به صورت تصادفی به شش گروه کنترل (20سر)، مکمل (20سر)، تمرین هوازی (20سر)، تمرین غیر هوازی (20سر)، مکمل-هوازی (20سر)، مکمل – غیر هوازی (20سر) تقسیم شدند. به مدت 8 هفته مقدار 2/0 میلی لیتر روغن ماهی (امگا-3) به سه گروه مکمل، مکمل– هوازی و مکمل – غیر هوازی به وسیله­ی گاواژ خورانده شد. برنامه تمرین غیر هوازی شامل هشت هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه دویدن و برنامه تمرین هوازی شامل 8 هفته و هر هفته 5 جلسه دویدن روی نوارگردان بود. در پایان برنامه تمرین جهت اندازه گیری سطوحIL-17 و CRPاز موش­های هر گروه، نمونه خونی گرفته شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان می­دهد در پایان هشت هفته، تفاوت معناداری در سطح IL-17 و CRP در بین گروه­ها وجود دارد (05/0p نتیجه گیری: این تحقیق نشان می دهد که به دنبال هر دو نوع برنامه تمرینی، افزایش سطوح پلاسمایی IL-17 و CRP اتفاق می‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍­افتد هر چند این افزایش یکسان نیست. همچنین مشخص گردید تاثیر مکمل به نوع برنامه تمرینی بستگی دارد.
