تاثیر پیش آمادگی ایسکمیک با زمان‌بندی متغیر بر عملکرد بی‌‌هوازی زنان فعال

چکیده

اهداف: دوره­ های مکرر کاهش خون موضعی بعد از برقراری مجدد خون، به عنوان پیش آمادگی ایسکمیک شناخته می­ شود. پیش آمادگی ایسکمیک به عنوان یک کمک ارگوژنیک و غیر تهاجمی در نظر گرفته شده و اثرات جانبی دیگر کمک­های ارگوژنیک را ندارد. همچنین بیان شده است که پیش آمادگی ایسکمیک، می­تواند تاثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد و اجرا داشته باشد. هدف از مطالعة حاضر بررسی اثر پیش آمادگی ایسکمیک با فواصل زمانی متفاوت بر عملکرد بی­­ هوازی زنان فعال بود.
روش مطالعه: تحقیق حاضر به روش نیمه­تجربی و با طرح تحقیق متقاطع انجام شد. بدین منظور ۲۱ زن فعال به صورت نمونه در دسترس انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی­ها به طور تصادفی در سه گروه قرار گرفتند. گروه تجربی یک، سه ست پنج دقیقه ­ای انسداد عروق با فواصل استراحتی پنج دقیقه بین هر ست را اجرا کرد و بلافاصله پس از سومین انسداد آزمون­های عملکرد بی هوازی گرفته شد. گروه تجربی دو، دقیقا مشابه با گروه اول، با این تفاوت که بین سومین انسداد تا شروع آزمون­ها ۱۰ دقیقه استراحت در نظر گرفته شد. در گروه کنترل، نیز کش الاستیکی، بدون این که هیچ فشاری به ران وارد شود، فقط دور ران بسته ­شد. برای بررسی اثر تمرین از آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­ گیری­ های تکراری استفاده شد و سطح معنی داری ۰۵/۰≤  P در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته ­ها: تحقیق حاضر نشان داد توان بی­ هوازی در پرش سارجنت در گروه تجربی دو نسبت به گروه تجربی یک و کنترل افزایش معنادار داشت (۰۵/۰P≤). در رابطه با توان اوج نسبی در آزمون وینگیت و توان­ بی­ هوازی با آزمون ارگوجامپ بین گروه­ها تفاوت معناداری مشاهده نشد.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش، اجرای پیش آماده سازی ایسکمی، ۱۰ دقیقه قبل فعالیت، با شدت و مدت اعمال شده در این پژوهش، بر توانایی پرش عمودی اثر بیشتری دارد.

Objectives: It has been stated that ischemia preparation can have a positive effect on performance. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of ischemic preconditioning with different time intervals on the anaerobic performance of active female.
Methods: 21 active female were selected and participated in the study. The study design was cross-over. Subjects were randomly assigned to three positions. The one experimental group performed, three sets of five minutes of vascular occlusion with five minutes’ rest between each set and immediately after the third occlusion, tests were taken. Two experimental group were exactly the same as the first group, except that between the third occlusion until the start of the tests, 10 minutes of rest are considered. In the control group, the elastic band was closed just behind the throat without any pressure on the thigh. Analysis of variance with repeated measurements was used to check the mean difference of the desired variables.
Results: The results indicated a significant increase in anaerobic power in Sargent jump in experimental group two compared to experimental group one and control (P<0.05). Regarding relative peak power in the Wingate test and anaerobic power with the Ergo jump test, there was no significant difference between the groups.
Conclusion: According to the results of this research, the implementation of ischemia preconditioning, 10 minutes before the activity, with the intensity and duration applied in this research, has a greater effect on the vertical jump ability.
