تأثیر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون در شدت‌های مختلف بر عملکرد استقامتی، قدرت و سطح سرمی مایواستاتین در مردان ورزشکار

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: ایجاد محدودیت جریان خون به عنوان یک روش مکمل در بهبود شاخص­های آمادگی جسمانی مطرح شده است. با این حال، تأثیر سودمندی این روش به همراه تمرینات تناوبی دویدن کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. هدف از مطالعه حاضر، بررسی اثر هشت هفته تمرین تناوبی با و بدون محدودیت جریان خون در شدت­های مختلف بر عملکرد استقامتی، قدرت و سطح سرمی مایواستاتین در مردان ورزشکار بود.
مواد و روشها: 32 ورزشکار جوان (سن= 49/0±6/19 سال، وزن= 44/6±3/59 کیلوگرم) به طور تصادفی به چهار گروه تقسیم شده و هر گروه براساس درصدی از حداکثر سرعت هوازی به تمرین پرداختند: گروه­های تناوبی با شدت کمتر (85 درصد حداکثر سرعت هوازی) با (8 نفر) و بدون (8 نفر) محدودیت جریان خون، گروه تناوبی شدت بالا (100 درصد حداکثر سرعت هوازی) (8 نفر) و گروه کنترل (8 نفر). آزمودنی­ها 24 جلسه (3 جلسه در هفته) تمرین انجام دادند و هر جلسه شامل دوره­های تکراری دویدن (2 دقیقه) روی نوارگردان با یک دقیقه استراحت بین تکرارها بود. قبل و پس از دوره تمرینی نمونه‌های خونی جمع­آوری و آزمون­های مورد نظر گرفته شد. از روش تجزیه و تحلیل واریانس با اندازه­گیری مکرر برای بررسی تفاوت بین گروه­ها استفاده گردید. سطح معنی‌داری آماری 05/0 P≤ در نظر گرفته شد.
یافته­ها: تفاوت معنی­داری بین گروه­ها در قدرت عضلات پا، عملکرد استقامتی و سطح سرمی مایواستاتین مشاهده گردید (05/0>P).  قدرت فقط در گروه تناوبی با شدت کمتر همراه با محدودیت جریان خون و عملکرد استقامتی در دو گروه تناوبی با شدت کمتر همراه با محدودیت جریان خون و گروه تناوبی شدت بالا افزایش معنی­داری نشان داد. همچنین، کاهش معنی­داری در سطح سرمی مایواستاتین در گروه تناوبی با شدت کمتر همراه با محدودیت جریان خون و گروه تناوبی شدت بالا مشاهده شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: این نتایج پیشنهاد می­کند که اجرای تمرین تناوبی با شدت کمتر همراه با محدودیت جریان خون منجر به بهبود همزمان آمادگی هوازی و قدرت عضلانی می­گردد که در مقایسه با تمرینات تناوبی شدت بالا دارای مزایای بیشتری برای ورزشکاران است.

The Effects of Eight Weeks Interval Training with and Without Blood Flow Restriction at Different Intensities on Endurance Performance, Strength and Serum Level of Myostatin in Male Athletes

چکیده [English]

Background and Purpose: Blood flow restriction has been suggested as a complementary method to improving physical fitness indicators. However, the efficacy of this method along with interval running training has received less attention. The aim of this study was to examination the effects of eight weeks interval-training with and without blood flow restriction (BFR) at different intensities on endurance performance, strength and serum level of Myostatian in male athletes.
Methodology: Thirty two young athletes (19.6 ± 0.49 years; 59.3 ± 6.44 kg) were selected and randomly divided into four groups and training based percent of maximal aerobic speed (MAS): 85% MAS with (N=8) and without (N=8) BFR, 100% MAS (N=8) and control (N=8). The participants completed 24 training sessions (3 sessions per week) comprised of repeated bouts of 2 min running on a treadmill interspersed by 1-min recovery. Blood sampling and tests were taken before and after training period. The one-way repeated-measures ANOVA was used to determine difference between groups. The significance level was set at P ≤ 0.05.
Results: There were significant difference in leg muscle strength, endurance performance and serum level of Myostatin between groups. Leg muscle strength significantly increased only in group 85%+BFR and endurance performance significantly increased in 85% with BFR and 100 groups, so, serum level of Myostatin significantly decreased in 85% with BFR and 100 groups.
Conclusion: The results suggest that low intensity interval running with BFR can improves simultaneously both aerobic fitness and muscle strength in athletes and more benefit have in compare to high intensity interval training.
