تاثیر 8 هفته تمرین مقاومتی بر سطوح امنتین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین در زنان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: امنتین، آدیپوکین جدیدی است که عمدتاً از بافت چرب احشایی ترشح می­شود. هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرینات مقاومتی بر سطوح پلاسمایی امنتین زنان چاق و دارای اضافه وزن بود.
روش شناسی: 20 زن چاق  و دارای اضافه وزن با میانگین سن  5/5±7/34 سال و نمایه توده­ی بدنی≤ 25 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع به طور داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و به طور تصادفی در دو گروه تمرین مقاومتی (12n= نفر) و گروه کنترل (8n= نفر) قرار گرفتند. گروه تمرین به مدت 8 هفته و هر هفته سه جلسه تمرین مقاومتی داشتند. برنامه­ی تمرین مقاومتی به طور ایستگاهی، در 9 ایستگاه و با شدت 70-60 درصد یک تکرار بیشینه اجرا شد. سطوح امنتین، گلوکز، انسولین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین 24 ساعت قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از فعالیت، با شرایط کاملاً مشابه و پس از 12-10 ساعت ناشتایی شبانه اندازه­گیری شد. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری t همبسته و مستقل در سطح 05/0P≤  تحلیل شد.
یافته­ها: نتایج نشان دادند که غلظت پلاسمایی امنتین پلاسما در گروه تمرینی کاهش یافته بود که از نظر آماری این میزان کاهش معنی­دار نبود. غلظت انسولین و شاخص مقاومت به انسولین به طور معنی­داری در گروه تمرین کاهش یافته بود (05/0P≤). در حالی که این شاخص­ها در گروه کنترل تغییر نکرده بودند.
نتیجه­گیری: به نظر می­رسد در زنان دارای اضافه ­وزن و چاق بهبود حساسیت انسولینی در اثر تمرین، مستقل از تغییرات سطوح امنتین صورت می­گیرد.
