تاثیر تمرین مقاومتی دایره ای کوتاه مدت با و بدون مکمل گیاه زعفران بر نیم رخ چربی و لیپوپروتئینی پلاسما در مردان جوان دانشگاهی

چکیده

سابقه و هدف: اختلال در سوخت­و­ساز لیپید­ها حیات انسانی را در تمامی کشور­هابا درصدهای متفاوت تهدید می­کند و باعث بروز بیماری­های قلبی-عروقی می­شود.کاهش میزان فعالیت­های بدنی و حذف برخی غذا-داروها گسترش این عوارض را تسریع بخشیده­اند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی اثر تمرین مقاومتی دایره­ای و مکمل گیاه زعفران بر نیم­رخ چربی و لیپوپروتئینی پلاسما در مردان جوان دانشگاهی بود.
مواد و روش­ ها:44 مرد سالم غیر فعال با میانگین سن 04/2±63/21 سال و شاخص توده بدنی 61/2±30/22 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع به 4 گروه آب-تمرین، عرق گلبرگ-تمرین ، ته­گل-تمرین و سرگل-تمرین تقسیم شدند. تمرین مقاومتی شامل 12 ایستگاه، هر ایستگاه 30 ثانیه با شدت 40% یک تکرار بیشینه به مدت 2 هفته (5جلسه در هفته) بود. روزانه 500 میلی­گرم زعفران در دو وعده صبح و بلافاصله بعد تمرین استفاده شد. نمونه خونی قبل و 48 ساعت بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین گرفته شد و برای آنالیز کلسترول تام(TC)، تری­گلیسرید(TG)، لیپوپروتئین کم چگالی(LDL)، لیپوپروتئین با چگال خیلی پایین(VLDL)، لیپوپروتئین با چگال بالا(HDL) و لیپوپروتئینa[Lp(a)] پلاسما مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. داده­ها با استفاده از آزمون آنالیز واریانس یک­طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی بونفرونی در سطح معنی­داری 05/0P یافته ­ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اختلاف معنی­داری بین گروه­ها در میانگین غلظت Lp(a) وجود دارد (001/0P
نتیجه گیری: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد مصرف مکمل گیاه زعفران در ترکیب با تمرین مقاومتی دایره­ای موجب بهبود غلظت لیپوپروتئین a پلاسما می­شود، و لی در سایر متغیر­ها تغییر قابل توجهی ایجاد نمی­کند.
